The OAS provides telemarketing outbound calls on behalf of businesses and organisations.

We also undertake basic design work for customers who purchase our outbound services, for example logos, leaflets and newsletters.

  • Customer campaign reports: we will provide customers with accurate and informative weekly and monthly reports

  • Presentation: for every campaign we go the extra mile by ensuring all staff create a team presentation based on the customers business, product offer and bespoke business needs. This ensures a higher level of product knowledge and higher conversion rates.

  • Conversion rates: our average conversion rate for outbound calls is 80% making working with the OAS extremely good value for money.

All income generated by the OAS is invested back into Catch22's apprenticeships and employability programmes, enabling more young people and adults to be supported into training and jobs.
