Meet the team
As part of our workforce we have Apprentices who are all undertaking a Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeship Framework provided by Catch22. The OAS is young, motivated and professional team who provide the highest quality service for our customers.
Each Apprentice is trained to a professional standard and within a few weeks are ready to start making ‘outbound’ calls. All our staff are supported by experienced managers and supervisors.
OAS Team Leader Anna supports the (OAS) to grow and develop the Office Apprenticeships Service in accordance with the overall AED strategy and financial projections. Development of the Apprenticeships and Employability Directorate.
Agent Nathan Simpson, an Agent at the Office Apprenticeship Service (OAS) call centre. Nathan began as an apprentice with the OAS, and is now undertaking his level 3 apprenticeship with us. He now manages all data systems, marketing material and websites. Having been an apprentice at the OAS, Nathan naturally supports the apprentices in their roles.
Sales Agent Rebecca began with the OAS as an Apprentice Agent and was undertaking a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Following this, Rebecca was successful in gaining a full time role with the OAS as a Sales Agent. She quality assures call within the office to maintain high quality standards.
Sales Agent Haydn joined the Office Apprenticeship Service on the 11th December 2013, he is working towards his Level 2 Business and Administration apprenticeship with Catch22. Haydn has recently progressed to the Agent role and is still completing his apprenticeship in Business and Administration, he will eventually move onto his level 3.
Sales Agent Jordan joined the Office Apprenticeship Service on the 4th February 2014, she is working towards her Level 2 Business and Administration apprenticeship with Catch22. Following this, Jordan was successful in gaining a full time role with the OAS as a Sales Agent.
Sales Agent Jasmine joined the Office Apprenticeship Service on the 11th December 2013, she is working towards her Level 2 Business and Administration apprenticeship with Catch22. Following this, Jasmine was successful in gaining a full time role with the OAS as a Sales Agent.
Sales Agent Jay joined the Office Apprenticeship Service on the 14th April 2014, he is working towards his Level 2 Business and Administration apprenticeship with Catch22. Following this, Jay was successful in gaining a full time role with the OAS as a Sales Agent.
