About us

Catch22's Office Apprenticeship Service (OAS), established in 2012, has developed a growing reputation as a professional call centre providing outbound calls for training and employability providers.

 

We’re different ...

 

As part of our workforce we are committed to employing young people as OAS Call Centre agents who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). We train them to a high standard and they receive an Apprenticeship qualification as well as call centre specific training.

 

The ‘social good’ bit …

 

We invest in training and employing young people to get them ready for the world of work, and to deliver a high quality call centre service.

 

 

Where we come from

 

We’re proud to be part of Catch22, a forward looking social business with over 200 years’ experience of providing services that help people in tough situations to turn their lives around.


Catch22 had an original idea …

 

To provide employment opportunities for young people who were not in education, employment or training (NEET) in a commercial environment.

 

And it took off …

 

In 2011/12 we were given funding from J.P. Morgan to develop the Office Apprenticeship Service. Since then we’ve evolved into a call centre delivering high quality services for a range of customers.

 


Our vision

 

The OAS is part of Catch22’s Apprenticeships and Employability Directorate with the vision to:

 

‘Successfully deliver high quality and responsive apprenticeships and employability programmes which are relevant to the needs and aspirations of learners and job seekers, and that always fulfil the requirements of companies and organisations today and in the future’.
